Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall meet the following eligibility criteria as a minimum to participate in the Tender Competition: 1. The Tenderer shall be any Bangladeshi Company. 2. The Tenderer shall be Manufacturer’s Authorized Representatives/ Local agent of Manufacturer / Distributor of Manufacturer. 3. Minimum 03(Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.(at least one work order or contract to be submitted) 4. Experience for :- (a) The minimum specific experience as Supplier/ Manufacturer in supply of similar( Security equipment / ICT equipment/ Electromechanical equipment etc). Goods of at least 1(One) Contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 Crore( work completion certificate shall be submitted) (b) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods : None (c) The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh, net of other contractual commitments, of the amount Tk 14.00 Crore(related doucument shall be submitted) and meet ITT Clause 21.1(I)
