- The tenderer must be a legally registered firm/company/individual having valid trade license, TIN, VAT registration certificate and other statutory documents applicable under the laws of Bangladesh.
- The Tenderer must have at least 03 (three) years of experience in providing vehicle rental/hiring services to government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies or reputed organizations.
- The Tenderer shall have sound financial capability, supported by a bank solvency certificate and up-to-date income tax clearance. - The tenderer must not have been declared blacklisted by any government or autonomous organization. - The Tenderer must comply with all terms and conditions stipulated in the tender documentand PPR/PPA rules in force.
The assignment involves the hiring of one (01) Microbus(AC Microbus, At least 07 seater, Model: Year 2012 or Later) for official use of the Pipeline & Station Construction Section-Narayanganj under the Regional Construction Department, Narayanganj. The hired microbus will be used for official movements including but not limited to: Field inspection of pipeline and station construction activities, Official meetings, site visits, and emergency operationalduties, Any other duties if required. The vehicle shall be provided on a daily basis with a professional driver and shall remain available as per official requirement during working hours and beyond, if required.
