Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	1. Bidder must have Experience in environmental & social risk management development, and implementation. Experience with ESAP (Environment and Social Action Plan), ESMS (Environment and Social Management System) & ESMP (Environment and Social Management Plan). 2. The bidder will develop the ESMS and ensure its acceptance and approval by MIGA (Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency) and the lenders of GPFPLC. 3. Must have proven experience in World Bank (WB), MIGA, ADB (Asian Development Bank) and JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) funded project in Bangladesh. 4. Provide a draft of the ESMS Document for review by the MIGA, Lender, E&S Consultant and GPFPLC. 5. Finalize the draft ESMS Document based on the feedback from the MIGA, Lender, E&S Consultant and GPFPLC. 6. Bidder shall provide an analysis of the time requirements to prepare the ESMS. 7. Bidder are requested to visit factory site before submitting the quotation. The visit shall be at their own cost.
