Eligibility of Tenderer :	The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Lead Partner/JVCA partner or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar to the proposed plant and services of at least a number of [1 (one)] contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last [10 (Ten)] years, each with a value of at least [BDT 4.50 crore or equivalent USD 0.37 Million]. The above contracts should meet the criteria mentioned below 1. The Contract must include Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of minimum 11KV or higher voltage level Switching Station/ 33/11 KV or HigherVoltage level substation with a contract value of at least BDT 4.5 (Four point five) crore or equivalent within last 10 (ten) calendar years from the date of Tender Notice, in electricity utility. 2. The Tenderer shall have to submit End User Certificate(s) in End User’s official pad; in favor of above-mentioned experience stating that the performance of the supplied plant and services are satisfactory at least one (01) year after the date of commissioning.
