The value of non-judicial stamp for execution of the Joint Venture Agreement shall be BDT 300 only. The JV agreement must be registered in Bangladesh.

ITT 23.2 (r) : The Tenderer shall submit with its technical offer the following additional documents. Any bid without these documents will be considered as non-responsive:

- Description of system operation processes;
- System configuration, system architecture;
- Manufacturer’s authorisation for the following equipment and systems (if the manufacturer is a member of the JV, such authorisation is not needed)
- HS-WIM
- LS-WIM
- IT Equipment (Servers, Storage, routers, Switches, firewalls, LB’s)
- CCTV Cameras and NVRs

- Requested certificates (OIML R 134 and other necessary certificates);
- Descriptions and details of essential technical capabilities and characteristics;
- Descriptions of all sub-systems and technologies;
- Descriptions and specifications of equipment, materials, other goods and services offered in the offer.

The descriptions must be in separate documents and organized in such a way that it is clear how the Bidder will meet the requirements of this contract.

- Project management methodology
- Project implementation plan
- Key project management and delivery staff and proposed project organization
- Technical Responsiveness Checklist
