1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of offered type goods/ any electrical Goods used in electric power system of at least one (01) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 56,00,000.00 (BDT Fifty Six Lakh) only; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 75,00,000.00 (BDT Seveny Five Lakh) only.
4. The minimum production capacity of tenderer's proposed manufacturer for 11 kV or higher voltage level DOFC shall be 10,000 Nos. annually.
