1.Up to date Trade Licence.
2. Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate.
3.Up to date AIT Certificate and acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2024-25.
4. VAT Registration Certificate.
5. TIN/BIN Certificate.
6. Full Technical Specification of material, nature and data sheet.
7. Manufacturing license of production of Polypropylene WPP bag issued from the Board of Investment.
8. All Document relates to manufacturing of daily minimum 50,000 pieces of WPP polypropylene bag (WPP). (if not mentioned in the certificate of Board of Investment, it should be attached to manufacturer's own pad with necessary reasons).
9. The tenderer shall have to give the following undertaking with the tender document if they receive the purchase order against the tender at present:
(a) There will be no interruption in the supply of bags as per the demand of TSPCL.
(b) On approval of the tender and issuance of purchase/contract the successful bidder shall supply bags to TSPCL uninterruptedly.
(c) No application or objection will be made regarding supply problems while accepting the purchase order.
10. Tenderer have to submit 10 Pcs of sample bag for technical acceptance.
11. Performance Security/ Tender Security issued from any scheduled bank in favour of TSPCL, North Patenga, Chattogram.
12. Above all items are in Single Lot.
13. Tender Evaluation will be made on lowest price basis.
14. The Framework Agreement period is 12 Month (As per Delivery Schdule).
