1. Tenderer must mention Brand name, Model/Type No., Country of origin & Country of Manufacture.
2. Tenderer must submit up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN & Bank Solvency Certificate.
3. Tenderer is liable to supply materials & equipment’s for successully operation as necessery that not mention in the tender.
4. Tenderer will be responsible for supply & Testing of the system with necessary materials, Tools, consumables etc
5.Tenderer may visit at their own cost and without any obligation to Triple super phosphate complex, North Patenga, Chattogram.
6.Tenderer is responsible for commissioning/testing the supplied panels for 72 (Seventy two) hours on full load running condition of the plant.
7. Tenderer must confirm TSPCL that they have reliable own workshop to complete the PFI unit assembling job. Bidder must provide their workshop address, e-mail address and Fax No.
8.TSPCL representatives will be allowed to visit bidders workshop time to time during panel assembling job for satisfaction and will be allowed to modify designs according to TSPCL requirements.
9.Tenderer should have at least 02 (Two) successful completion record of such type or similar products in different organizations with detail information and certification (Min. 500 KVAR).
10.Tenderer must submit Details drawing with dimensions, circuit diagram, data and descriptive literature in English as per require in the specifications.
11. Equipment’s and materials must be suitable for operation in dusty and acidic corrosive environment having ambient temperature 40 ͦ (Forty Degree) C
12. As per Technical Specification and Drawing attached specified in tender.
