| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. Only Manufacturer/Genuine Importer/Sole Agent/Suppliers who have minimum 05 (five) years of Manufacturing/Supply experience of similar goods (Solar Pump Based Solar Home System).
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Solar Pump Set with accessories including Solar Home System). The contract value of supplying similar goods must be minimum 82,00,000.00 (BDT Eighty Two lac) BDT under a single contract in e-GP system/International e-procurement system like IFAD, World Bank, UNs, ADB within the last 03 years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The minimum specific experience as Manufacturer/Supplier in supplying of similar Goods (Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Solar Pump Set with accessories including Solar Home System) in any government/ semi government/autonomous body/International organization under single number of contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years, with a value of at least Tk. 82,00,000.00 (BDT Eighty Two lac) only.
4. Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines is taka 90,00,000.00 (BDT Ninety Lac) only.
5. Manufacturer/Bidder should have ISO Certificates (ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 Certificate) with current validity in favor of manufacturers of goods.
6. The bidder must need to submit a sample of one set of solar pumps with motor, MPPT motor controller, a PV single panel and a Lithium Iron phosphate (LiFePO4) rechargeable Solar battery to the Office of the Project Director, Sech Bhaban, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka. The receipt copy of sample submission and test report must be submitted in e-GP system.
7. The tenderer must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS).
