1.Copies of Valid Trade License.
2. Declaration Certificate of Providing goods as per Tender Schedule and Contract Agreement.
3. Bank Solvency Certificate (The Certificate should have Amount of Liquid Asset or working Capital or Credit Facility and it should be Issued within 3 months before Tender Dropping Date).
4.Income TAX Clearance Certificate.
5.Up to Date VAT Registration Certificate & TIN Certificate.
6.Non-Blacklisted and Non-Bankrupted Certificate.
7. Samples will be received until 2:00 PM on the previous day of Tender Opening.

| TDS/PDS--D. Tender Preparation--

The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
(i) Copies of valid Trade license.
(ii) Bank solvency certificate (Latest Fiscal Year).
(iii) Income tax clearance certificate (Latest Fiscal Year).
(iv) Up to date VAT registration certificate & TIN Certificate.
(v) Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
1. For proper evaluation of samples, minimum 5 (five) meters of cloth must be submitted, otherwise the sample will be deemed defective and tenderer will be disqualified.
2. Must be AZO dyes free.
3. Sample testing cost must be paid by the tenderer. For this purpose tenderer has to deposit additional security money BDT 1,50,000 (one lac) only in favor of RAB Forces HQ. Any residual amount will be refunded or additional security deposit will be asked if required for sample testing.
4. 6 (Six) Months Warranty Shall be provided by the tenderer.
5. Multiple Sample Submission is permitted.
6. Samples will be received until 2:00 PM on the previous day of Tender Opening.
