1.Copies of valid trade license.
2. Declaration certificate of providing goods as per tender schedule and contract agreement.
3. Bank solvency certificate (The certificate should have amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility and it should be issued within 3 months before tender dropping date).
4.Income tax clearance certificate.
5.Up to date VAT registration certificate & TIN Certificate.
6. Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
7.Non-Blacklisted and Non-Bankrupted Certificate.
8. Samples will be received until 2:00 PM on the previous day of Tender Opening.
