Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Tenderers registered in the e-GP System fulfilling the qualification requirements stated in the TDS, Section-6 and other Tender Documents are eligible. 2. Payment shall be made subject to availability of Government fund. No claim for delayed payment shall be entertained. 3. All documents uploaded in the e-GP System must be complete, readable and uncorrupted. Documents that cannot be opened during evaluation shall be treated as not submitted. 4. Tender evaluation shall be carried out in accordance with the latest PPA, PPR-2025, Government Gazette and CPTU Circulars. 5. If the Tenderer is not the Manufacturer, an original Manufacturer's Authorization Letter must be submitted. 6. The offered Amphibious Multipurpose Dredger shall be manufactured by an OEM having at least 10 years' experience and having supplied at least 10 similar dredgers during the last 10 years. Documentary evidence shall be submitted from the end user. 7. The offered equipment shall be brand new, unused, and fully comply with Section-6 (Technical Specifications). 8. Detailed technical catalogue, operation, maintenance and service manuals shall be submitted with the Tender. 9. The successful Tenderer shall provide installation, commissioning and minimum 15 days on-site operation and maintenance training without additional cost. 10.Genuine spare parts and technical support shall be guaranteed for at least 10 years after commissioning.
