Brief Description of assignment :	1.Supply of manpower for Command & Control Centre (C&C) and Coastal Radio Station (CRS) of Department of Shipping (non-consulting service). 2. The personnel (Employees) work station will be different places (Command & Control Centre and Coastal Radio Station). Bidder must submit the value in considearation of work place.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 07 (Seven) years. Trade licence/Incorparation certificate/Government work completion certificate will be considered as experience. 2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least three (03) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of three (3) years each with a value of at least of Tk 40,00000.00 (Fourty seven lac) taka per year single Contract for providing Service will be treated as similar nature. 3.The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 18,00,000.00 (Eighteen lac) for last three years. must submit the Propietor/company bank statement. 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12,00,000.00 ( Twelve lac).The credit line must be for this service.
