The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of IT Goods/Equipment and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years. 

The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of Digital IP-PABX System or Digital Attendance System-related equipment (such as IP-PABX Gateway, IP Phone Set, Network Switch, Attendance Devices) of maximum 2 (two) contracts completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least BDT 13,50,000.00 (BDT Thirteen Lac Fifty Thousand Only).

The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 22,50,000.00 (BDT Twenty-Two Lac Fifty Thousand Only).

1. Supply of necessary equipment related to IP-PABX System and Digital Attendance System mentioned in BoQ.

2. Installation, Configuration, Testing & Commissioning of IP-PABX System and Digital Attendance System:

Installation with surface and overhead wiring (including necessary fittings such as channel, cable clip, cable tie, etc.), Configuration, Testing & Commissioning of IP-PABX System and Digital Attendance System in the following Offices of PGCL.

b) Sirajganj Regional Office, Zaman Complex, S. S. Road, Sirajganj
c) Baghabari-Bera Regional Office, Baghabari, Shahzadpur, Sirajganj.
d) Pabna Regional Office, Mohendrapur, Pabna
e) Ishwardi Regional Office, Aronkhola, Pabna Road, Ishwardi
f) Bogura Regional Office, Silimpur, Bogura.
g) Rajshahi Regional Office, Airport Road, Nawdapara, Rajshahi.
h) Saidpur Regional Office, Koyagulahat, Saidpur, Nilphamari.
i) Rangpur Regional Office, Saotal Para, Taluk Dharmadas, Rangpur.
j) Pirganj Regional Office, Niyamotpur, Pirganj.
k) Dhaka Liaison Office, Petrocenter, 3, Kawran Bazar, Dhaka.
l) Sadanandapur TBS, Sadanandapur, Sirajganj.
