This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below: 1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods.
2.The satisfactory completion of supply of Goods of minimum Tk= 4.00 lac under single contract within the last 5 (five) years under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization . i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned ExecutiveEngineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work hasbeen done. 3. The minimum amount of unconditional free funds liquid assets/ cash flow capacity/ credit facilities Tk.400000.00 (Taka Four Lakh). 4.Tenderer must have following certificates: Valid & Up to date Trade license, Up to date TIN certificate, Up to date Income Tax certificate,Up to date VAT Registration and Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are given in Tender Documents
