| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. A minimum of three (03) years' general experience in the supply of goods.
2. Specific experience: At least 01 (one) contract completed with a minimum total value of BDT 3,00,00,000 (Taka Three Crore) for supply of similar CP materials during the last 05 (five) years.
3. A minimum average annual turnover: BDT 4,00,00,000 (Taka Four Crore) during the last three (03) financial years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets, working capital, or credit facilities: BDT 3,50,00,000 (Three Crore Fifty Lakh).
5. Valid Trade License, TIN, VAT Registration Certificate, and Income Tax Return/Tax Clearance Certificate.
6. The Tenderer shall submit documentary evidence demonstrating its authority or capability to supply the offered goods. For this purpose, a Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate shall be submitted. However, an Authorization Certificate, Dealership Certificate, Distributorship Certificate, Importer Certificate, or any other valid document issued by the Manufacturer, or by its authorized Dealer, Distributor, Importer, or Supplier, establishing the Tenderer's legitimate source of supply and capability to supply the offered goods, shall also be acceptable.
7. Valid ISO 9001: 2015 Certificate.
8. Not debarred, suspended, or declared ineligible by any Government organization.
9. Capability to provide warranty, after-sales support, technical assistance, and replacement of defective goods.
