N.B.: a) The tenderer shall maintain the highest ethics in providing qualification information and evidence for different aspects. b) If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstruction practices of any kind are determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of the Standard Tender Document. 3.
