All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in the National e-GP system who fulfill the qualifications and other criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of the tender document.
The following conditions shall be taken into consideration:
1. The contractor who has not completed his/her work within the stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason will not be considered a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
2. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender, it will be corrected/included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment (if any), and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
N.B: a) The tenderer shall maintain the highest ethics in providing qualification information and evidence for different aspects.
b) If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstruction practices of any kind are determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of the Standard Tender Document.
