1. The minimum general experience as an enlisted 1.3/1.4 category gas contractor under PETROBANGLA for at least 05 (Five) years shall be required.

2. The tenderer shall have a minimum specific experience in gas pipeline related works as a prime contractor or sub contractor under any government, semi government or autonomous organization successfully completed within 3 (three) contracts over a period of last 05 (five) years with a total value of at least Tk. 150.00 (One hundred fifty) Lac Only shall be required.
The completed works must be supported by client’s detailed address with Telephone number, Fax number & e- mail address. The related evidences must be submitted along with the tender.

3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac over the best 05 (five) years in the last 10 (ten) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 120.00 (One Hundred Twenty) Lac.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: 200 (Two Hundred) Lac
