a) Experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number of Operation and maintenance work of Lift worth not less than Tk 2.00 (Two) Lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system). Private works shall not be considered. (Only Operation with Maintenance Experience will be considered).

b) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk Tk. 2.00 (Two) Lakh only submitted in from e-PW2A-8 (Line of Credit).
c) Updated Trade licence, income Tax clearance and VAT Registration certificate.
d) Updated ABC category contractory & supervisory license issued form Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.

e) The Tenderer shall be the local agent & distributor of Otis Brand lift and should enclose the same certificate with the tender document.
Certificate from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift for the next 01 (One) year shall be submitted with the Tender.
f) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
g) All other terms and conditions as per e-gp Tender document.
