For wheat milling operations, one must possess an in-house automatic mill; alternatively, if one does not own a mill, an agreement or authorization must be secured for a period of one year from the owner of an automatic mill within the same district. This authorization must be submitted in the form of an affidavit executed on a stamp paper worth 300 Taka. 2.The amount of loss per quintal due to cleaning and grinding shall not exceed 1.500 kg.
