As Per TDS & ITT and
1. General experience of Supplying & Installation of Generator at least Five (05) years. (years counting from the date of IFT)
2. Specific experience of successful completion of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Generator of Minimum Value 18.00 (Eighteen Lakh)'s Taka in a Single Agreement in any govt./semi govt /Autonomous organization within last 05 years (years counting from the date of IFT)
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be tk 15.00 LAC for single generator as per STD (actual e-PG2-7 format) of this tender without alternation. Submit Single Credit Line for Single Tender.
4. Have to Submt Valid Manufacturer Authorization Letter with Separately for each Tender ID.
5. Proposed Generator's Brand Name and Details with Seal & Signed by Tenderer.
6. Updated Trade License 2026-27
7. TIN 2025-26
8. All contractors of the Education Engineering Department who have accepted the work order but have not started their work without a valid reason, or those who have not shown satisfactory progress without a valid reason, will be considered non-responsive.
9. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
