Average annual construction turnover : Tk 24,50,000.00 over the best 3 years in the last [5] financial years. 3. Liquid assets or working capital Tk 28,00,000.00 4. Tender Capacity : Tk. 22,75,000.00 5. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained. 6. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. The contractor will pay additional VAT , IT, Customs Duties and any other fees during the work or purchasing goods applied by the Law of Bangladesh government and Manufacturer Countries . The contractor shall not be able to make any claim. The contractor will bear the additional cost of inflation. 7. To ensure the Quality of the material, Various tests shall be performed by the tenderer as per instruction.
