1.The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer  in public sector shall be 03 (Three) years. 2.The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of similar service in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 35 Lac during last three (03) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/Organization.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3.The required Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) shall be greater than BDT 12 Lac over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
4.The minimum amount of Liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 6 Lac in the specified format of PPR 2025. (e-PPS3-7 Form)
5.Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
6.NID card,Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, vehicle registration certificate etc.

Procurement of 01(One) nos Microbus on hire & rental basis for Patuakhali Export Processing Zone Project,BEPZA,Dhaka.

Hiring of One (01) Microbus minimum 10- seater ( not less than 2000 cc) model not before 2022 , Running in good conditions, including the cost of fuel (Octane/Petrol/LPG), all type of road & bridge tolls,salary of driver, overtime of driver,fooding charge of driver, all kinds of tolls, Cost of Spare parts as necessary cost of garaging have to be borne by the supplier for Project Director, Patuakhali Export Processing Zone Project for a period up to June 2028 (contract may be extended for further requirements). The Microbus should render service for every day of the months and should be available for service at any time round the clock upon notice of the Project Director, Patuakhali Export Processing Zone Project, BEPZA, Dhaka. Microbus to be provided should be faultless, all papers (Blue Book, Fitness Certificate, Insurance etc. should be updated,Driver's recent dope report). Insurance should be of First Party liabilities; so that any claim to be submitted by the users must be recovered by the insurance Company. All Vat, Tax should be deducted from the bill. Payment shall be made after service of each calendar month.The Microbus will be used under the Patuakhali EPZ Project, Patuakhali.
