As stated in the TDS

Proposed works to be implemented through the Drainage Circle under the Framework Agreement include: the construction of emergency drainage lines for mitigating waterlogging; excavation and re-excavation of canals and retention ponds; construction of drainage outlets; removal of blockages; repair and maintenance of drainage and other related infrastructure; and other ancillary works as required.
