a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD):
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. [a minimum of one (1) years would be deemed reasonable; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System] (2) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.17,00,000/-(Taka Seventeen Lakh Only). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The Tenderer will submit the copy of contract deed along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.] (3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is (Form PG2-7) Tk. 20,70,000/-(Taka twenty lakh seventy thousand only). [“Acceptance Certificate” must submitted) be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system]. (4) Attested copics of Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier, (5) TIN certificate; (certificate must have to submitted), (6) Income Tax [2025-2026 or 2026-2027 year] (certificate must have to submitted),(7) Income Tax Acknowledgement slip must have to submitted (8) VAT Registration, e-BIN (13 Digits) (certificate must have to submitted) (9) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company); (10) Authorisation letter from Manufacturer (only for Suppliers). [Authorisation letter must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].(Others as per TDS).
