a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 10 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
b) The bidder must have a minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-consultant services (Physical Service Manpower Supply), having successfully completed at least two (02) contracts of similar nature, complexity, and methods/technology within the last three (03) years, each with a minimum contract value of Taka one crore (1.00 crore).
c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of TK One Crore (1.00 Crore) over the last three financial years.
e) The minimum amount of financial resources, such as liquid assets, working capital, credit line(s), specific credit commitments, or any combination thereof, available to the Tenderer shall be at least Taka Sixty lakh (TK.60 lakh)

1. Outsourcing manpower from the previous contract who are currently working at BWMRI will be given priority in this new contract, based on their performance and other factors/qualifications.

2.Tenderers shall have the following up to date valid License
a) Copy of Valid and Updated Trade License for the current fiscal year.
b) Copy of VAT Registration Certificate (Business Identification Number - BIN).
c) Copy of Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest assessment year.
d) Copy of Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.
e) Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration from the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC).
f) The amount of the Tender Security shall be TK.3,30,000/-(Three lakh Thirty Thousand Taka only)
g) Tenderer having any debarment history in previous 5 (five) years shall be considered as non-responsive.
h) The Bio-data/ CV of the existing outsourcing manpower from the previous contract is not mandatory to submit. The Bio-data/ CV is obligatory only for new outsourcing manpower to be supplied by the Contractor/Outsourcing farm.
