1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer and shall have minimum 03(three) years overall production experience of 10 KVA single phase wound core distribution transformer (or above).
2. The tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of 10 KVA single phase wound core distribution transformer (or above) of minimum Tk.5.80 crore under maximum 03 (three) contracts in the last 05 (five) years at REB/PBS/NESCO/DESCO or in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization, completed following PPR-2008/2025 and having Tender ID along with work order. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not be below the rank of an Executive Engineer (or equivalent) & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. The manufacturer should have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
6. The tenderer shall submit the sample of 02 nos. of 10 KVA single phase wound core distribution transformer along with manufacturer/factory test report to Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. The receipt of sample submission along with manufacturer/factory test report shall be uploaded along with the tender. Without the samples, the proposal will not be considered for evaluation.
7. Tenderer must have financial solvency amounting Tk. 6.20 Crore for supplying goods and related services.
8. Tenderer shall have valid & updated trade license, updated income tax, VAT, TIN & BIN certificate.Others information mentioned at all the tender documents.
