This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below: 1. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Electrification Works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) of similar nature including Electrification Works successfully completed in Government/ semi government/ autonomous organizations within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5.00 Lakh. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system) 2. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5.00 Lakh.Certificate of Unconditional Liquid Asset from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in PW3-7 form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk 4.00 Lakh over the last 5 years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system) 4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 4.00 Lakh. 5. The Tenderer must enclose the following additional documents: Up-to-date Trade License, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate and ABC category Electric & Supervisory License. 6. All other eligibility and prequalification will be counted as per TDS, PCC & IT. 7. The tenderer must have Sole Agencyship Certificate and Spares Supply Assurance Certificate from Existing Elevator Brand Company/ manufacturer.
