The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents: The Tenderer shall submit the following documents. A bid without the following certificates shall be declared Non-Responsive.

(1) Up-To-Date Income TAX certificate, VAT, TIN, Trade license certificate,

(2) Tenderer must be a manufacturer, importer, or 1st class supplier of relevant goods or services. Authorisation letter from the manufacturer (must be mentioned manufacturer full address with Contract no ) is required if the tenderer is a supplier.

(3) Authorisation of signatory of the bid document,

(4) No arbitration certificate of the tenderer

(5) General Experience Certificates (ITT 15.1(a))

(6) Specific Experience Certificates (ITT 15.1(b))

(7) Supply/Production Capacity Certificate (ITT 15.1(c))

(8) Financial Capacity Certificate (ITT 16.1(a))

(9) Sample of 05 pairs (Size 8) must be submitted to the PE Office as per the approved sample on or before the tender opening date and time.

(10) All samples are not refundable. Non-responsive bidders will get back 2 pairs out of 5 pairs.

(11) Pre and post Test is mandatory. The supplier has to bear all costs. In case of failure to test fee submissionn on time, the tenderer will be Non-responsive.

(12) Up-to-date audit report is required.

Note: The lab test fee must be paid by the tenderer. The test fee must be submitted to the PE Office before the tender opening date and time; otherwise, the tender will be considered Non-Responsive. PE reserves the right to lab test criteria.
