Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :

The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 07 (seven) years of overall Experience in the relevant field.
The Tenderer Must have experience in Supply to Board/University.
The minimum specific experience of similar nature job and related services shall be: At least 03 (three) contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least BDT 1.5 Crore only i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM for the mentioned project.
The minimum amount of liquid asset, working capital, or credit facility is Tk. 1.6 crore only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (colored) of original documents.
The amount of the Tender Security/Pay order/DD from any Schedule bank of Bangladesh in favour of "Registrar, National University."
Tenderers must see the sample from PE Office.
Tenderers must submit each product sample to PE Office, Engineering Department, Medical Bhaban, National University, Gazipur and collect approval letter from PE and submit in e-GP system. (Failure to submission will lead the Tenderer to become non-responsive).
Tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, Certificate of Incorporation, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Other parts of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
