Eligibility of Tenderer :	Eligibility of Tenderer: a) Up to date valid Trade license b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate d) The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) years e) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift in/c fire fighters lift in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 680.00 lac within last 5 (five) years from the date of IFT f) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of lifts in/c fire fighters lift as 6 (six) Nos. per year over the last 5 (five) years g) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment (Form e-PG3-8) or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 850.00 lac h) Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license (FY 2025-26) i) Valid Manufacturer's authorization Letter of the proposed lift (Form e-PG3-6) j) Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC, PCC & Tender data sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
