1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (three) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of Tk 12.00 (twelve point zero zero) Lac. in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 3 (three) years. Contract for providing Service will be treated as similar nature.
3.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 11.00(eleven point zero zero) lac .in the last 5 (five) years.
4.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 17.00 (seventin point zero zero) lac.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 17.50(seventin point five zero) lac.
6.The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
i) Valid Trade License
ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
iv) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Turnover.
