1. Only genuine SKF/FAG Bearing Distributor/Importer/Dealer are submit to theTender (Supplier's other than Distributor/Importer/Dealer are not allowed).
2. Tenderer shall have
i) Valid & updated trade license.
ii) Valid & updated income tax & TIN certificate
iii) Valid VAT/BIN registration certificate
3. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 02 (Two) years general experience in the supply of similar Goods and Related Service .
4. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of Same/Similar Goods and Related Service of minimum Tk.15.00 Lac under single contract within last 02 (Two) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/e-GP System) in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
5. The bidder must provide documentary evidence proving that they are the actual importer or an authorized representative of the actual importer.
6. A copy of the invoice must be submitted along with the quotation.
7. The quotation must include the price inclusive of VAT/TAX and transportation charges.
8. Shipment documents must be submitted along with the quotation.
9. A valid IRC (Import Registration Certificate) must be submitted with the quotation.
