| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. All tenderer registered in e-gp portal system are eligible.
2. Detail Turnover Calculation sheet mentioning the Name of Work, PE name etc (Year wise over the last five years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with the tender.
3. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.
4. An updated bank solvency certificate must be submitted.
5. The tenderer MUST submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified format.
6. It is the duty of the tenderer to submit all the documents freshly (Without Corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.
7. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
8. Evaluation will be done following the latest Gazette/Circular from CPTU.
9. The bidder must be submitted one kg of deshi high quality small grain Moshur Dal as a sample to the PE office before opening the tender, if not submitted, the tenderer will be considered rejected.
The following documents must be attached to the tender under the seal bearing the name of a gazetted officer of the 1st class(attested)
1. Income tax paid for the current financial year,
2. Renewed trade license,
3. Updated bank solvency certificate,
4. Updated VAT certificate,
5. Experience Certificate,
6. Attested copy of Evidence of Ownership,
7.Owner's photograph (attested) and specimen signature,
8. Up-to-date blacklist verification,
9. National Identity Card (attested)
