Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	Specific Experience Requirement The consulting firm must have successfully completed: a) At least 01 (One) consultancy and construction assignment of a multistoried RCC building having minimum 12 (Twelve) stories including basement within the last 10 (Ten) years. b) The firm must have successfully completed at least 03 (three) large scale projects, each having a built-up area exceeding 100,000 sft. c) The consultancy firm must have experience in of authority approval drawings, working drawings. The assignment shall including: Feasibility Study; Digital/Topographical Survey; Soil Investigation & Soil Test; Primary Architectural Design with floor plans and 3D Perspectives. Proposal; Architectural Design; such as: Work Order/Contract Agreement; Must be submitted as evidence. 3. Scope of Consultancy Services The selected consultant shall provide but not be limited to the following services: Feasibility Study; Digital/Topographical Survey; Soil Test & Geotechnical Investigation; Architectural Design with floor plans and 3D Perspectives.
