The consulting firm shall have:
Minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in consultancy services related to building construction projects.
Specific Experience Requirement
The consulting firm must have successfully completed:
At least 01 (One) consultancy and construction assignment of a multistoried RCC building having minimum 10 (Ten) stories including basement within the last 10 (Ten) years.
Financial Capacity
The firm shall have:
Average annual turnover of Tk. 2000000 during the last 3 years;
Minimum liquid assets or working capital of Tk. 2000000.
Documentary evidence from scheduled bank shall be submitted.
Key Professional Requirements
The consulting firm shall have the following professionals:
Position Minimum Qualification Experience Team Leader/Project Manager M.Sc in Civil Engineer at list 15 Years Architect B.Arch at list 10 Years Structural Engineer M.Sc Civil at list 15 Years Geotechnical Engineer Relevant Degree at list 10 Years Electrical Engineer Diploma/B.Sc at list 10 Years
