Eligibility of Consultant :	ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA for Software Automation (i) The tenderer must be a registered company / firm under the Companies Act 1994 of Bangladesh with a valid Trade License and TIN Certificate. (ii) The tenderer must have a minimum of 6 (six) month of experience in ICT / e- Governance software and hardware implementation/ private software implementation (iv) The tenderer must have a minimum annual turnover of BDT 2 (Two) Crore in each of the last 3 (three) fiscal years (audited financial statements required). (v) The tenderer must have a valid VAT Registration Certificate and must be up to date with all tax obligations. (vi) Joint Venture (JV) / Consortium is permissible subject to compliance with PPR 2025 provisions. (vii) Tenderers on the Government of Bangladesh blacklist/debarment list shall not be eligible.
