Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA for WIFI (i) The tenderer must be a company / firm registered under the Companies Act 1994 of Bangladesh with valid Trade License, TIN, and VAT Registration. (ii) Minimum 6 Month experience in enterprise WiFi / wireless network / public hotspot project implementation. (iii) Must have successfully completed at least 50 (Fifty) public WiFi / hotspot / ICT infrastructure projects. (iv) Minimum annual turnover of BDT 2 (two) Crore in each of the last 3 (three) fiscal years (supported by audited financial statements). (v) Must hold or be an authorized reseller / integrator of at least one of the specified WiFi AP brands (Ubiquiti /Cisco / Ruckus / HPE Aruba or equivalent enterprise grade). (vi) Must have a dedicated field service team with presence in Gazipur or Dhaka Division. 2025 (vii) Joint Venture (JV) / Consortium permitted as per PPR 2008. Lead partner must meet at least 60% of eligibility criteria. (viii) Tenderers blacklisted by GOB / ICT Division / BTRC shall not be eligible. (ix) Have prior knowldge on wifi advertising solutions do center
