a. All the tenderers must follow the PPA-2006, PPR-2025 rules & regulations;
b. Following documents have to be submitted/ uploaded;
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05(Five) years; (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp system.)
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 1,40,00,000.00 (One Crore Forty Lakh); (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp system.)
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) (Form PG3-8) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,70,00,000.00 (One Crore Seventy Lakh);
4. Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
5. Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
6. Up-to-date e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
7. Up-to-date Drug License of the Manufacturer;
8. Up-to-date Annexure for each item;
9. Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the importers/manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier);
10. Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
11. Sample of all items of medicine (one strip/phial/Bottle) must be submitted to the Prisons Directorate as per specification on or before tender opening date and time;
12. Supply will be according to distribution schedule;
13. GMP certificate;
14. Batch manufacturer report (COA/QC Report);
15. Provision of visit to factory during the production of supplying batches;
16. Approval Block List;
