a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulations; b. The following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per the Standard Tender Document (STD): (I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 year. (II) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk.1,25,00,000/- (Taka One Crore Twenty Five lacs only) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (III) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,65,00,000/- (Taka one Crore Sixty Five lacs only). (IV) Up-to-date valid trade license as a supplier. (V) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate with e-TIN. (VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate. (VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract Deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if the bidder is a supplier) [when applicable]. (VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of a limited company).
