a. All the tenderers must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 rules & regulation; b. The following documents are to be submitted/uploaded; (I) The minimum of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 06 (Six) Month ie.Month counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (II) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (01) contract completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 14,00,000/-, Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (III) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) or specific commitments or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be (Form PG2-7) Tk. 21,00,000/- [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system.] (IV) The tenderer must submit e-TIN certificate in the e-GP system. (V) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier; (VI) Income Tax clearance certificate and Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2024-2025 financial year with eTIN certificate. (VII) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate; (VIII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if the bidder is supplier) [When applicable]; (IX) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company); (X) Manufacturer are encourage to submitt the tender.
