a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Road Construction/Maintenance works shall be 05 (Five) years. b) The minimum specific experience of satisfactory completion of similar nature of Construction/Maintenance of Road Carpeting works with a value of at least BDT 0.25 Crore under maximum Single (01) Contract during last Five (05) years in Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. c) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last five (05) years BDT 0.45 crore, Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. d) The minimum liquid asset amounting of BDT 0.12 Crore, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per specific Form(e-PW2A-8). e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be BDT 0.23 crore. f) Tenderer must submit the following up to date documents: i) Trade license. ii) VAT Registration Certificate. iii) Latest Income Tax Clearance certificate. iv) Authorization letter of Tenderer representative duly attested by the Tenderer. g) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh. h) Tenderer must follow all other tender criteria as per IFT, ITT, TDS, GCC and PCC clauses & submit related documents with the Tender. Time & Date will be counted from the time & date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
