TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--	The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology, successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. BDT 650.00 (Six Hundred Fifty) Lakh under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization in Bangladesh. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] Note 1: For contracts under which the Bidder participated as a joint venture member, only the Bidder’s share, by value, shall be considered to meet this requirement. Note 2:The similarity of the contracts shall be Building works with reinforced concrete structure also including internal electrification works of amount Tk: 50.00 Lakh. Note 3: Copy of Work Completion Certificate {as per Standard Tender Document (STD) format}, Work Order and copy of NOA shall have to be enclosed. Bidders who will submit only Work Order will not be accepted as eligible. Note 4: In case of work done under EED, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer (E.E.).
