a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 rules & regulation; b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded As per (STD) (I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be One (01) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper & e-GP System). (II) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least One (01) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years. with a value of Tk. 4,38,000/-(Taka four lakh thirty-eight thousand only) [The Tenderer will submit copy of contract deed along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.] (III) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be (Form e-PG2-7) Tk 5,60,000/-(Taka five lakh sixty thousand only) (in the e-GP system.]
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier; (V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate ; (VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate; (vii) The tenderer must submit TIN certificate (VIII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is supplier) [When applicable]; (XI) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company)
