| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. The Tenderer should have Company Affidavit, NID, Letter of Authorization, Up-to-date Valid Trade License, Up-to-date VAT & TIN Certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Audit Report etc.etc.
2. The minimum specific experience (must be Auditorium related works like as Acoustic,Staging & Gallery) as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one contract(s) of similar nature(related work) with a value of at least Tk. 1,95,00,000.00 (One Crore Ninety-Five Lakh Taka) . Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 4,00,00,000.00 (Four Crore Taka) over best 3 years in the last five (5) years. Turnover will be calculated on the basis:
i) Work order/Notification of award of the works.
ii) Completion Certificate of the works (In case of completed project).
iii) In the case of Joint-Venture, Partnership deed of agreement of the previous works need to be provided.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Crore Taka) .Original Certificate in support of liquid asset i.e.liquid assets issued from the bank within 28 days before the date of submission of tender will be accepted.
5. Before commencing any works the contractor shall fully cover and wrap all auditorium chairs with heavy-duty polythene sheet. Movable assets must be safely relocated to a designated space inside the building.
