Eligibility of Tenderer :
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the grass cutting works/POL handling works/manpower supplier as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor under the public sector shall be at least one (01) contract for grass cutting works/POL handling works/manpower supply services, with a total billed amount of at least Tk. 7,00,000.00 (Taka Seven Lakh only) in any one year during the last five (05) years.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3,50,000.00 (Three Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka Only).
Contractor must submit a Contractor Licence/Outsourcing Service Provider Licence (Form-78) issued by the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE).
