1. All the e-gp enlisted contractor satisfying the criteria mentioned in e-PW2A document attached herewith as per latest PPR-2025 can participate in the tender. 2. Detail Turnover Calculation sheet mentioning the Name of Work, PE name etc (Year wise over the last five years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with the tender. 3. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained. 4. The tenderer shall submit the information of existing works/Commitments as per the attached form no. BWDB-PW3-2A uploaded at Sec-8. 5) The tenderer MUST submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified supplied format. (Copy supplied, See sec-8) 6) It is the duty of the tenderer to submit all the documents freshly (Without Corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained. 7) VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. 8) Evaluation will be done following the latest Gazette/Circular from CPTU. 9) Detailed list of work in hand/Ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted. 10) If any type of Structures/Obstacles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design and Specification, the bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard. 11) If BWDB Owned land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and Specification, The bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement. 12) NoA and Detail work order will only be issued after getting adminstrative and financial approval from competent authority. 13) Technical specifications of BWDB and approved taskforce guideline uploaded at Sec-7 and sec-8 respectively of tender document will be followed.
