1. Contractor/tenderer, who has pending work/ Delayed by contractor/ have been needed time extension 50% or above / with Liquidity Damage (penalty) will not be eligible for participate this tender. 

2.  Only Payment cerificate will be acceptable for turnover/capacity calculation.
