Eligibility of Consultant :	The Tenderer shall: (a) be eligible in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2015; (b) possess a valid Trade License; (c) possess a valid TIN and Income Tax Return Certificate; (d) possess a valid VAT/BIN Registration Certificate (where applicable); (e) not be debarred from participating in public procurement; (f) have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
Brief Description of assignment :	Hiring of one air-conditioned Toyota Noah or equivalent vehicle with driver and fuel for official use under the project for a period of 36 (Thirty-Six) months. The service includes vehicle operation, driver, fuel, maintenance, repair, insurance, fitness, tax-token and all other operational costs. The estimated usage is 2,000 km per month.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	The Tenderer shall have at least 03 (three) years of experience in providing vehicle rental services. The Tenderer shall own or have legal access to at least one (01) Toyota Noah or equivalent air-conditioned vehicle in good running condition. The Tenderer shall have valid Trade License, TIN, BIN (where applicable), up-to-date Tax Return Certificate, and other statutory documents. The Tenderer shall have the capacity to provide a qualified driver and uninterrupted vehicle service throughout the contract period, including replacement vehicle in case of breakdown.
